Ehtisham (Bill) Ashai is the President & CEO of Private Equity Partners Incorporated. He is responsible for the leadership and for evaluating investment opportunities, including but not limited to investment strategy, transaction execution and exit strategy. Mr. Ashai started his career as a Chemical Engineer in R&D of Polymers for a Company based out of Finland. Later with Valspar Corporation, he collaborated with General Motors to develop the world’s first Fiber Reinforced Plastic car. During this time he developed various patents in the coatings & automotive industry.
In 2005 after his MBA from the University of Southern California, he worked as a Chief Financial Officer for AGI, Real Estate Group in Torrance, CA. Here his responsibilities were executive management, financial controls, acquisitions, audits and investments for both the USA and Dubai, UAE.
Mr. Ashai has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Pakistan and has an MS in Chemical Engineering & MBA from the USC.
